1.  It is a great way to get involved with the Bradford Academy community  and make a positive difference!
2.  Develop consistent teacher-student relationships with students which makes the subbing experience more successful and    meaningful.
3.  Be added to our "first call" list whenever there is a Substitute Teacher needed. 
4.  More opportunities to sub in the elementary, middle school, and high school.
5.  Attend a short orientation to learn the "Bradford way" - expectations of a Substitute Teacher, classroom management and student discipline expectations, attendance and other procedures, etc.
6.  Will be an employee of Choice Schools Associates, on an as-needed basis, so you can have more freedom with your work schedule.


1. Must have a minimum of 90 credits from an accredited college or university, Bachelors degree or Teaching certificate.    
2. Must love to work with kids!
3. Communicates positively and effectively with students, staff, and parents.
4.  Demonstrates effective classroom management skills.
5.  Demonstrates ability to create and maintain a positive learning environment.
